Thera-band stability trainers are oval shaped, colour-coded pads. They are designed to provide a progressive system of balance training for rehabilitation and post rehab conditioning and fitness applications. The green stability is firm and is suitable for beginners who are recovering from injuries such as ankle strains. The blue stability trainer is softer and is more suitable for intermediate exercises. Both pads are molded in closed cell foam with a rigid surface.
